Welcome to Tours of the District.
By booking any of our transportation or tour services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking & Payment:
All reservations must be submitted with a valid form of payment. However, payment alone does not guarantee confirmation of service. Your booking will be reviewed, and confirmation will be provided once we approve and accept the request. Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking, depending on the service. If your requested date or time is unavailable, we will contact you with alternative options or issue a full refund.
2. Service Area:
We provide private transportation and tours in the Washington, DC metropolitan area and surrounding regions. Extended travel may be arranged by request.
3. Client Responsibility:
Clients must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Delays beyond 15 minutes may result in additional charges or cancellation.
4. Conduct:
We reserve the right to terminate service if a client or group behaves in a way that endangers our driver, vehicle, or others.
5. Changes & Cancellations:
Modifications are allowed based on availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

🚐 Cancellation Policy – Sprinter Vans & Buses:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or same-day cancellations.
Exceptions may be considered in the event of extreme weather, medical emergencies, or other extenuating circumstances, at our sole discretion.

🚙 Cancellation Policy – SUV Bookings:
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made 24 to 47 hours before the service are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-shows are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requests will be considered based on availability. Exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion.

6. Force Majeure:
We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to weather, road closures, traffic conditions, accidents, government actions, or other events beyond our control.
7. Liability:
Tours of the District is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items left in our vehicles. Passengers are responsible for their belongings at all times.
